Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dark Seas UK purchase so will happily exchange or refund your order any time within 14 days of the order date if it's not quite right. Please see full returns and exchange details below.

Returns - Full Priced Items

If you’re buying full priced items and getting your Dark Seas goods shipped to the UK then we offer a free tracked returns service:

Full priced item orders are all shipped with a Royal Mail Tracked 48 Returns label and a returns form. Simply fill out the returns form indicating whether you would like an exchange or a refund and stick the Royal Mail Tracked 48 Returns label on the front of the parcel. Then make a note of your tracking number and just drop your parcel off at the post office and it will get back to us safely using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

Please do not stick any of the paperwork to the product bags or the product itself as this may delay your refund or exchange being processed.

We’ll endeavour to issue your refund or process your exchange on the same day that we receive your return but this may take longer during busy periods.

Returns - Sale Items & ROI Customers

If you are returning sale priced goods or returning your goods from the Republic Of Ireland you will receive a returns address label to stick to your parcel but you will be responsible for the return postage costs.

Please fill out the returns form on the paperwork indicating whether you would like an exchange or a refund and ensure your parcel is returned to:

We recommend using a tracked or signed for service to ensure your items reach us and to cover yourself against loss. If the item is faulty then we will be able to refund your postage costs.

 RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

• Product must be returned within 14 days
• Product must have all original tags attached, be in original bag and in their original condition (NOT worn, altered, or washed).
• All return items are checked thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition before any refund or exchange issued.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage
• Dark Seas does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to customerservice@darkseas.co.uk before sending the item back.
• If an item is found to be faulty we will always offer a replacement in the first instance, if this is not possible then a refund shall be issued.
• If an item is deemed faulty we shall reimburse return postal charges
• We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
• Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
• All Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• All UK Exchange orders will be sent out free of charge
• ROI Exchange orders will require additional postage costs to be paid prior to shipping
• If an exchange order cannot be fulfilled we are happy to offer an alternative option to the same value or a refund should you prefer
