Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible; any order completed before 12pm (noon) on a weekday will be dispatched on the same day and any orders after 12pm (noon) will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

STANDARD SHIPPING - Royal Mail Tracked 48 (signed for)
The standard shipping option will take 3-5 days to be delivered and costs £4.95

EXPRESS SHIPPING - Royal Mail Tracked 24 (signed for)
The express shipping option will take 1-2 days to be delivered and costs £6.95

FREE SHIPPING
Any order over the value of £80 will qualify for free standard shipping, you can still opt for the express service for £2.95

ROI - REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

All International orders will be shipped using the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Service and costs €9.00

Please allow up to 5 working days from point of dispatch for your order to arrive.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

Please note that depending on the value / type of products ordered there may be Customs, VAT and / or Handling Fees to pay before your parcel is released due to current EU guidelines.

You will notified by your local delivery / courier company who will advise on any charges, how to pay them and the release of your parcel for delivery or local collection.
