Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dark Seas UK purchase so we will happily refund or credit your order any time within 14 days of receipt if it's not quite right.

How to make you return - Full Priced Items
If you’re buying full priced items and having your Dark Seas order shipped within the UK then we offer a free tracked returns service:
· Fill out the returns slip and securely package your order with the enclosed form. (Please do not remove the adhesive backing from the returns slip).
· Attach the Royal Mail ‘Tracked 48 Returns’ label to the front of the parcel with enclosed unsuitable items.
· Drop off the parcel at your nearest Post Office.
· Please retain your receipt until your parcel arrives safely with us.
How to make you return - Sale Items & Republic of Ireland Customers
· Fill out the returns slip included inside your parcel indicating the reason for return. (Please do not remove the adhesive backing from the returns slip). Put the completed form back inside the parcel.
· Attach the returns address label to the front of the parcel with enclosed unsuitable items.
· Drop off the parcel at your nearest Post Office - We recommend using a Tracked / Signed for service as you are responsible for the item until it has been received by us.
· Please retain your receipt until your parcel arrives safely with us.
Returns Terms and Guidelines
Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt unless purchased within the Christmas period where extended return dates have been specified.
Products must be returned in perfect saleable condition with all original tags attached, in the original bag (NOT worn, altered, or washed). Unfortunately, we are unable to refund items where the swing ticket has been removed.
All return items are checked thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition before any refund or exchange issued.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
Dark Seas does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective, please email customerservice@darkseas.co.uk before sending the item back.
If an item is found to be faulty, we will always offer a replacement in the first instance, if this is not possible then a refund shall be issued.
If an item is deemed faulty, we shall reimburse return postal charges.
We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
All Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Once we receive the returned order, we aim to process all Online Returns within 3 working days. We will then send you an email confirmation that your refund has been processed or that your exchange has been actioned.
