Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible; any order completed before 12pm (noon) on a weekday will be dispatched on the same day and any orders after 12pm (noon) will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working weekday.

Free Delivery - on all orders over £80*.
Free Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for 48 Hour Service.  Should you require Express Shipping you can select this option at the checkout stage; a charge of £2.95 will be applied to your order.

Standard Delivery – £4.95
Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for 48 Hour Service.

Express Delivery – £6.95
Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for 24 Hour Service.

 

Additional Shipping Information

·        *If your final order value after returns is below £80 then the delivery cost of £4.95 will be deducted from your refund amount.

·        All deliveries must be signed for unless a safe place is designated. You are responsible for the security of your package at the safe place.

·        Orders placed after 12 noon will be despatched the following day.

 

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND (ROI)

All orders to the Republic of Ireland will be shipped using Royal Mail taking up to 5 working days to deliver and costs €9.

UK VAT has been deducted from the product retail price and items ordered will be eligible for Import Duty (12%), Irish VAT (23%) and a small Administration fee (Usually 5 Euro’s).  These fees will be applied and payable at customs prior to delivery.

You will be notified by your local delivery / courier company who will advise on charges, how to pay them and the release of your parcel for delivery or local collection.
